Rémon is a Vice-President of CallNet.ch, the Swiss Contact Center Association and board member of ECCCO, the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations. He is also member of the Editorial Board of the “Journal of Customer & Contact Centre Management (JCCCM)”. As a Managing Partner of Crystal Partners AG in Zurich, an independent consultancy, Rémon published numerous articles on the subject CRM, Multichanneling and information management and is a lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services in Lucerne Switzerland.
