Topic-based Routing is the practice of routing customers based on the topic of their complaint or query. Following this practice, customers are referred to the agent who is best equipped to deal with that particular topic, rather than simply being routed to the next available agent. This ensures that the customer care provided is always relevant and efficient to that customer’s particular query.
